The fastest way to fly from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Rabat (RBA) is via Paris and it will take about 13 hours and 40 minutes. The second fastest route is via Jeddah and will take 14 hours and 20 minutes.

You can fly with Etihad Airways, Air France or Royal Air Maroc from Abu Dhabi to Rabat.

The flight time between Zayed Airport (AUH) and Sale (RBA) via Charles De Gaulle, CDG is 13 hours and 40 minutes.

Not anymore. But you could fly direct from AUH to RBA with Etihad Airways once. However, you can still fly via Paris or Jeddah.
