The fastest way to fly from Tokyo (NRT) to Yangon (RGN) is via Seoul and it will take about 10 hours and 10 minutes. The second fastest route is via Bangkok and will take 10 hours and 55 minutes.

You can fly with JAL, Korean Air, ANA or Myanmar Airways International from Tokyo to Yangon.

The flight time between Narita Airport (NRT) and Yangon International (RGN) via Incheon International Airport, ICN is 10 hours and 10 minutes.

Not anymore. But you could fly direct from NRT to RGN with ANA and Myanmar Airways International once. However, you can still fly via Seoul or Bangkok.
