You can fly with EgyptAir, Air Seychelles, Etihad Airways or Ethiopian Airlines from Tel Aviv-Yafo to Johannesburg.

The flight time between Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) and Johannesburg International (JNB) via Cairo International Airport, CAI is 12 hours and 20 minutes.
