The Vietnamese airline VietJet Air is a low cost carrier that has five operating bases in the country, for example in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The airline was founded in 2007 and today they have more than 40 destinations, both domestic and international ones. VietJet Air isn’t a part of any international airline alliance, but codeshares with Japan Airlines.
