You can fly with Korean Air, Air China, Air Canada or China Eastern Airlines from Vancouver to Tianjin.

The flight time between Vancouver Airport (YVR) and Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN) via Incheon International Airport, ICN is 17 hours and 45 minutes.

Not anymore. But you could fly direct from YVR to TSN with Hainan Airlines once. However, you can still fly via Seoul or Shanghai.
