You can fly with SWISS, China Southern Airlines, Korean Air, China Eastern Airlines, British Airways or Turkish Airlines from Zurich to Beijing.

The flight time between Zurich Airport (ZRH) and Daxing International Airport (PKX) via Schiphol, AMS is 13 hours and 50 minutes.

Not anymore. But you could fly direct from ZRH to PKX with SWISS once. However, you can still fly via Amsterdam or London among other routes.
